Selena Ymeri joined Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha in 2009 as an associate. Selena’s practice focuses on banking, insurance and financing matters. Her practice also includes competition law and commercial contracts. Selena received a J.D. equivalent from the law school of University of Strasbourg III Robert Schuman. Additionally, she obtained a Master’s degree from the law school of University of Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. Selena is a qualified Albanian lawyer.
Ilir Johollari joined Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha in 2008 as an associate. Ilir’s practice focuses on energy, tax, commercial and corporate matters. He also has a consolidated experience of administrative contentious, tax disputes and litigation. Ilir received a J.D. equivalent from La Sapienza University Law School and a Master’s degree from La Sapeinza University Faculty of Economy. Ilir is qualified for representation in front of all levels of the Albanian judiciary.
Dorant Ekmekçiu joined Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha in 2010 as an associate. Dorant’s practice focuses on contract law, real estate and employment. His practice includes disputes and litigation. Dorant has a very strong experience in handling sensitive and high value litigation and bankruptcy proceedings. Dorant received a J.D. equivalent from Tirana University Law School. Dorant is qualified for representation in front of all levels of the Albanian judiciary.
