The firm has assisted with the project for the modernisation of the Albanian airspace control system and handled several air transportation deals ranging from the incorporation and set-up of airliners together with the issuance of air operator’s certificates (AOC) to other applicable regulatory permits and licenses.

HM&H has assisted a number of clients in road infrastructure projects including design projects, road constructions, concessions and other related matters.

Moreover, we have negotiated ground handling agreements and other air transportation related agreements.

Our team has successfully closed complicated aircraft insurance and aircraft financing transactions and has also counselled creditor clients in air operator insolvency proceedings.
